Operation Troop Return - Will it Succeed?

Bush obviously wants to return Coalition troops to the United States in June so that grateful mothers will vote for him a few months later. But will the returning troops go along with this plan?

Or will they bitterly complain about their treatment? Will they deride Donald Dumsfeld as a class clown and Dick Cheney's corporate pals as their de facto commanders?

And exactly what will the troops return to? Will they unleash a new series of illnesses whose very existence will be denied by the Pentagon? Will they find jobs waiting for them?

If I was Bush, I'd bring the troops back about the last week of October, before the realities of Operation Homecoming sink in.
