and its interesting that only two; Kucinich and Sharpton, are in the bottom left quadrant. It seems most DUers are in that quadrant.

Hmmm...looks a little suspicious to me. I would think some of our redder/greener bretheren would come in a little more top left, instead of bottom (and no, that's NOT a Stalin comparison - just a thought based how I assume the ratings work). Oh well.

and usually end up around -5,-6.

What I've wondered about is what kind of results would be produced by a test that differentiated between how economically left or right and authoritarian or libertarian one is in the political rhetoric they approve of and how left/right,authoritarian/libertarian one is according to the kinds of policies and laws they would actually approve.

I would love to the see the results for a survey such as the one I described above if it were conducted among a large sample of Americans.
