are dead (within the last two days). Those are the deaths that should be getting the attention. Hussein's two murderous sons are newsworthy all right, but they are being used as a distraction, to deflect everyone's attention from the real issue.
All this attention focused on Uday and Qusay's demise is just a diversion to take attention away from America's real problem. And all this hype about this being a "blow" to insurgents is nonsense. Once and for all, the Iraqi people DID NOT AND DO NOT want Saddam back in power. What they sure as hell don't want is us running their company like a division of Halliburton or Bectel. They want to govern their own country.
I am one of those who personally think that these two murdering sons of Saddam should have been taken alive simply for the information that they could have provided. I am confused as to why this was not a priority. Eventually folks, they would have run out of ammo. This "they could have slipped out of a tunnel" is nonsensical. Unless the owner of the house told them there was a tunnel. In which case they could have just placed troops at that location.
This is just smoke and mirrors people. Focus on the important matters and don't sweat the small stuff (as the old saying goes).
