Vilma Luna and Ron Wilson both voted FOR the redistricting maps put forth by Tom DeLay. I say, come primary time, they learn a lesson.

2. Not just Corpus and Houston
We ALL need to let the state party know they must be opposed. Normally the party will stay out of primary fights and remain neutral until the voters have spoken. That should not be the case with these two. The state party and the local Dem party and clubs in Corpus and Houston should now get out and recruit people to run against the jerks!

3. I'd like the party to come out and say they are "disappointed"...
...or some other political-sounding word that really means, "You screwed up, big time!".

But, my guess is that ol' Molly Beth will wait until the Senate is done with this.

Did you hear Dunnam last night? His was my favorite speech. He laid this whole fight right at Sen. Sibley's feet. Nice try at revisionist history Republicans! :-) (It was Sen. Sibley who torpedoed redistricting in the 2001 session. There WAS a plan ready to be voted on, and Sibley wrecked it.)
