Conspiracy Madness Grips Central Europe
Edited on Thu Jul-24-03 11:54 AM by JackRiddler

...this letter is taking the Internet like wildfire -
forward liberally!...

Conspiracy Madness Grips Central Europe

Dear Friends,

nineteen percent of Germans believe it is possible that elements of the United States government may have intentionally allowed or even ordered the Sept. 11 attacks to go ahead. Thirty percent of those under 30 hold this view. And 68 percent of all Germans say they think the U.S. government is still covering up important facts about 9/11.

These are the results of a just-released poll of 1,000 people in Germany, commissioned by the respected Hamburg weekly, DIE ZEIT (For an English report, see Reuters http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/L23109558.htm, for German see Der Spiegel http://www.spiegel.de/panorama/0,1518,258299,00.html).

Dreadful! The "outrageous conspiracy theories" that George W. Bush warned against in his Nov. 2001 speech to the United Nations have taken hold among millions of people in a key Western country and U.S. ally.

Patriotic Americans need to take immediate action to counteract this poisonous development - to defend the reputation of our nation and our government. We have to show these sadly deluded Germans (and presumably millions of French and other Europeans and Asians, too) how a well-informed public should behave.

What do people think in a truly democratic country? What opinions might prevail in a country blessed with open, ethical and professional mass media? Yes, I mean a country like the United States! We must show the world that Americans reject these absurd conjectures!

That is why I urge you all to drop the dishes and join in this emergency campaign to get the U.S. media to conduct the same poll, with the same questions, in the United States.

It's time for you to call, write and lobby your local and national newspapers, wire services and television stations, and urge them to ask AMERICANS --

The 64-Dollar, Nine-Eleven Question --

"Do you believe it is possible that people in the U.S. government might have knowingly and intentionally allowed - or ordered - the Sept. 11 attacks to go ahead?"

For ammunition against the rising tide of European cynicism, we need some hard data on how many U.S. citizens believe this claptrap. What better time, with the two-year anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks coming up, to put an end to mythology?

Media companies, be the first to show your national pride! Ask the 64-Dollar Nine-Eleven Question today!

Sincerely,

a common-sense patriot

5. It's not a question most Americans want to ask, or know the answer to

What could they do about it? As a neighbor of mine said, she'd rather spend whatever time is left with her family and her garden.

"evildoers who hate freedom" is all the explanation she or the majority of the affluent voting classes need.

The poor non-voting, unpolled classes have taken it for granted for some time.

If anything is to be done about it, it will have to be done by forces outside the US.

7. How about evildoers who love oil. Ask yr neighbor that one.
What was unthinkable to me a year ago , I have
started to think is very very possible.

Bush and Co may have been co conspirators in
the bombing of the WTC.

The secenario fits exactly what Cheney Kristol
Jeb, Wolfowtiz and the cabal wrote (on line)
in their "PNAC" Pax Americana rule the world
white paper in 92/96/98/01.

They wrote: Americans would not go to pre-emptive
war untless something catostraphic happened like
Pearl Harbor.

HMMMMMMMMM?

IMPEACH THE CABAL

8. but
what, pray tell is the harm in having a poll actually ask this obvious question and finding out how many feel that way? Just like they did in Germany. The hypothesis is one of the logical possibilities...
