Ho Ho Ho Holinger & Richard Perle
Was digging around looking to see how he was going to be treated in this probe, and came across the following:

Hollinger Probes Trades by Richard Perle, Financial Times Says

Nov. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Hollinger International Inc., which publishes the Chicago Sun-Times and Britain's Daily Telegraph, is investigating investments made by Richard Perle, a board member and a former senior Pentagon adviser, the Financial Times reported, without saying how it obtained the information.

(snip)

Perle carried out several so-called related-party transactions, under which members of Hollinger's board or its executives benefited from agreements reached with other companies, the FT said.

1. Hmmmm, this is getting VERY interesting!
The only figure I have seen mentioned prior to this is 32 or 37 million but this has a much bigger figure:

including payment of almost $300 million in fees to Chairman Conrad Black and his deputies, the newspaper said.

Thanks for the link!

3. I am feeling hopeful because it is both Canada and the US
investigating and Eliott Spitzer has been pretty hard-nosed on fraud. I think there is a lot more here than meets the eye and I hope it all comes out.
