What qualities do great leaders share?
In my opinion a great quality of leadership is a selfless passion for a specific goal or idea.

Whatt do you all think makes a great leader?(not a great politician)

1. Someone
who works tirelessly for a goal but also displays respect for another viewpoint. It is a hard balancing act really and should go both ways.

Having a long term vision with set goals to achieve that vision

The ability to chose those around them who will take on the responsibility to achieve those goals, delegation without losing the overall control.

The ability to express the vision and goals in an easily understood way

The ability to put oneself in another's place in order to understand more fully the issues.
