Concert tonight on MTV
Nelson Mandela launched 46664, a worldwide music-led campaign, to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS in Africa and to call on people around the world to encourage their governments to treat AIDS as an international emergency. Mandela's campaign is kicking off with 46664: The Concert in Association with MTV's Staying Alive. Featuring Beyonce, Bono, and Queen, the concert will air on MTV globally today on World AIDS Day, December 1st at 6 p.m. EST. (11 GMT)
