Hannity Making a Fuss About the "Hate Bush" Movement
Yet he seems to have no problem with being a charter member of the "Hate Clinton", "Hate Hillary", "Hate Democrats" and "Hate Liberals" movements.

Yet more hypocrisy from the right wing.

1. This is how the Republicans are going to fight the 2004 election
Accuse those who disagree or criticize the President as "Bush haters" who therefore shouldn't be listened to.

Hanity just got his memo.

30. exactly
They want to paint the Democratic party as "negative" - remember "nattering nabobs of negativity"? Just a rehash of the Gingrich "Use of Language" memo.

2. Would he be happier with the "Hate Hannity" movement?
I am sure the "Hate Bush" movement is not limited to just dim wad. Personally, I think it should be the "Hate Bushes."

Also, the "Hate Bush" movement is most likely a world-wide movement unlike hannity's preference.

6. Exactly, The whole world hates Bush* as compared to Republicans
Edited on Mon Dec-01-03 05:25 PM by Bandit
hating Clinton while the world loved him. They just can't stand to be one-upped. The Clinton-haters ruled for eight years but I believe it will be much more than that before the world gets over Bush*. He is one hated man. You reap what you sow.

7. The Hate is Legitimate
I will no longer apologize for hating George W. Bush. For a while, I denied that my feelings were legitimate. Then I read an article by William Rivers Pitt that put into words the legitimate reasons for hating Bush. Some excerpts:

Yeah, I hate them all. Do I hate for the simple sake of hatred? Do I hate Bush because he is a Republican, a Texan, a white male, a meat-eater? Certainly not. I hate George W. Bush and all of his people because they have done an incredible amount of damage to this nation I hold so dear. I hate them because they are professional liars, thieves, brigands without conscience. I hate them, fully and completely, on the record.

<snip>

In essence, Bush used the attacks of September 11 against the American people to gin up fear and dread, which he then used to push a war which did not need to be fought.

<snip>

We would be here all day if this list were constructed to be comprehensive. The above is representative: George W. Bush has lied about September 11, the Iraq war, the economy, his record as governor of Texas, his relationship with corporate criminals, and his own military record. In short, he has lied day after day after day about all of the issues he and his administration claim to hold dear.

I do not hate George W. Bush merely for the sake of hatred, or because he is a Republican. I hate him because he is a cancer that is rotting out the guts of this country. I hate him because he would not know the truth if it crawled up his leg and grabbed him by the nose. Truth does not advance the profit motive.

8. What's the big deal? I HATE Bush*.
Edited on Mon Dec-01-03 05:26 PM by Patriot_Spear
I hate everything about him. He's the Anti-Christ/American.

I don't wish him any personal harm, but I would like to see him removed from office- perhaps in chains- on his way to federal prison for crimes against the State.

What's the big deal?

10. I hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate Hannity
Just take a few minutes to dig up transcripts from his radio show in the late 1990s as he interviews guests who dredge up the tired "Clinton murders" conspiracy. You'll notice Hannity not once says "How dare you accuse the President of murder!"

Hannity also interviewed people who called Clinton a rapist, and another who claimed Clinton used the "N" word. Again, Hannity never gets all defensive like he does with Bush.

Hannity is truly evil.

12. Hate bush?!?
And why is that?!?

Could it be that he is a spoiled rich kid who was given everything he ever got?

The only reason he was selected was because of his family's name. He's never had to earn a living like most Americans. Spoiled rich kids never were any good for American politics. Only truly hard working people are good enough to be serving our republic.

Yep, the first thing he ever earned on his own is this hatred for him and his policies. A self made man. Finally, he's succeded at something all on his own!

24. even before I found such an oasis as DU, I hated Bush
Edited on Mon Dec-01-03 06:25 PM by SemperEadem
whenever he came on the TV, I screamed "EFFIN" LIAR!!!!!" at the screen right as I turned the channel. I never watch Faux, so therefore I am spared from the inane drivel of one who acts as if he needs to be laid for the next 30 years.

I say "Who gives a good got-damn about what Hannity thinks?" He can kiss my butts. What he thinks about the way I feel about any refuqlican is not my problem. "Bush hater"? Yeah.. so what--he don't like what I'm saying? Eff him and those who pay him.

Hannity is nothing more than a ho getting pimped by the media state... he says what they pay him to say. Period. Same as "Ew,really?". Jerks haven't had an original thought in their heads since the mid 90's. Let's see just how much conviction he's got for Bush when his income dries up. Muttering ho...

verbage changed so as to not incur posting problems.

32. I used to agree with you
At first I just hated Bush's policies, and the fact that, despite being a cocaine-using, alcoholic moron, he still managed to steal the presidency.
But then 9/11 happened. And I saw his approval numbers shoot, I saw his inaction and cowardice, and I heard him announce the "war on 'terra'", and I knew in my gut that he purposely allowed innocent American citizens, civillians, to die just so he could get a boost from being a "wartime President".

I used to find him annoying and even mildly amusing. But then I realized that his lust for power and his arrogant policies are killing people. And now, just the sight of him makes me want to fucking puke.

19. The bolder Dem candidates should have a tape of radio/TV
snips from RW broadcasts in the Clinton years -- the second they hear about how awful it is that the dems "hate" *, they should push the play button on the tape recorder. That'll make the bastards drink a big fat cup of shut the fuck up.
