Please someone tell me what
was Bush's foreign relations experience before he became president in 01? Do you remember how he handled this question in his campaign as I thought I heard him/someone say he had never been out of the country until his presidency, is this true?

8. He was never known to show any interest at all
in traveling abroad until his presidency. Even when his father was the Chinese ambassador and he came to visit, he was, apparently, quite bored and disinterested in all of the history and heritage around him and just wanted to go home. People around him thought that was really astounding considering that most children of wealthy powerful parents are a lot more interested in traveling abroad and far more knowledgeable of other countries than him.
