Poll question: Pro - Closed Shop or Not?

I am not in a union, however I am pro-closed shop. I was raised by realists who told me that you don't get something for nothing and for me it seems a bit unfair for a union to go to bat for employees of a company and then for those people who have chosen not to become members of the union to benefit from the work/dues of others.

My dad was a union member and his father was one of those early union members of the United Mine Workers who got kicked out of his company house with six kids in order to fight for a living wage and the right to be paid in actual money instead of script...so this issue runs deep in my veins...
