Poll question: Poll: Which candidate would you LEAST like to become President?
After all the candidate bashing recently, let's at least try to find out where our true loyalties are.

18. God forbid we have an actual anti-war liberal candidate.
Someone who stands up for the little guy, for the poor, the uninsured, those that the repubs don't give a bushit about.
I will not trash any other candidate, well bush, but that does not count. But I will stand up for my candidate.

One of the few candidates who actually resembles what Democrats used to be, back before they started turning Republican, and people here say this kind of crap.

Thanks for pushing me one more step towards abandoning the Demopublicans for the Green party.

31. Why do you think that?
Did you hear it somewhere? Sounds like you've bought into and are perpetuating some very ridiculous spin. That's the kind of crap that will destroy the party.

For all of you people who voting for the Democrats, you'd really rather have Bush? Or has Diebold taken over at DU?

10. I think you're misinterpreting the poll.
The vote is for who you'd LEAST like to see as president.

19. No, I was talking about
The ten people who voted for Lieberman and the eight who voted for Dean. This poll should be 100 percent behind defeating Bush.

25. I am truly a fan of ABB, but...
I am beginning to believe that if we elect a dino like Lieberman in 2004, it will mean the end of the Democratic Party. Lieberman has given me little evidence that he would do much of anything different than chimpy if he were elected.

I think officially turning the dem party into repuke lite will so alieniate the base that it will kill the party on top of removing all credibility it and its representatives may still have with the sheeple.

3. Why would anyone at DU want Bush to be president?
We'll be well and truly screwed over for a generation or two if this pandering, self-promoting plutocrat doesn't get his filthy, corrupt little fingers off our nation. OUT WITH HIM!

I had to pick him for this poll but if he wasn't a choice I would have said Lieberman or Dean.

11. Yep... The "Bush Factor" In This Poll Totall Ruins It For Me
I didn't vote at all because the "Bush" answer skews things so much that we really have no clue (based on this poll) how we feel about the other candidates.

I'm glad to see that CMB's numbers are so low. I love her to pieces.

13. That's the entire point of this poll
* IS part of the equation - it comes down to who here really wants dumbass out of office. I purposely put * on the bottom to get people to pay attention to what is going on here - everybody seems to be so caught up in their "I hate this candidate" outlook that they are forgetting who the target really is - and it's NONE of the Dem candidates (though even I would be hard pressed to vote for Joe).

Let's not lose focus people - putting * back in the WH is the worst thing for this country and the world.

27. Had to go with Lieberman
Because I want better, not different.
If this country is going to go to hell, I rather not have a "Democrat" accountable for it.

Therefore yes, I would rather see another term of Bush than a change to Lieberman. And I am not so sure about a few others either ;)

32. that there is 32% of the
respondents who would want Bush more than one of our candidates says alot about what has happened to DU during this primary season--regarding the bitterness people feel regarding various candidates. Any Dem is preferable to Bush.

34. Whoa? More people against Dean than Lieby?
That has to be the Freepers.

I can see why some people would like my guy least--he is a general after all, and probably doesn't own one tie-dyed teeshirt from the 60's--but Dean? Off hand I'd guess 5% of the DU's like Clark or Dean least, but it can't be much more than that.

I'm willing to bet that if you run a poll without Dubya in it Lieby will be the hands down winner.

Just my opinion, of course. Your mileage may vary.
