BBV --- Does anyone remember ....??

A friend of mine remembers that one of the key people (He thought it was R Doug but may be wrong) contributed a lot of money ($13,000?) to Wayne Allard's last campaign. He checked opensecrets.org and couldn't find a reference. Does anybody have any recollection of who it might be and (hopefully) a link?
