Poll question: How proud are you to be a democrat?
(sorry, greens)

Or, more accurately, how proud are you of our democratic representatives/politicians?

1. Well...
"Pretty ashamed of how impotent and cowardly elected dems have become" about sums it up...I was watching one of the Dem debates where a few conservatives stormed in and started yelling all kinds of shit. When, Al Sharpton basically told them to shut the hell up a felt all happy. I realized Dem's have been sitting on there ass' for far to long taking everything the repugs shoved down our throats. It was nice to see a Dem doing the pushing for once.

2. My represenatives are doing me proud
I have very few problems with Feingold's senate record and a decent number of the congressional dems from Wisconsin voted against the IWR resolution. I really have no right to be mad at Dashle or Lieberman since I am not in a position to vote for other state's politicans.

3. Proud of: Kucinich and Mosely-braun
and all of you. Tolerant of the rest, hoping they'll get it one day.

I'm a newly registered democrat, having left my non-voting republican registration stay since reagan-80... obviously to not care to even register democrat, i'm not motivated by them particularly... just a few shining lights... and i REALLY LIKE DENNIS... i love him.

I'm proud of all people who speak out about the evil government... no matter what their political affinity.
