Bill of Right's everywhere!
Got this in my inbox today.
____
Right then. IT'S TIME....

In honor of the scorching of the first amendment's right of peaceable assembly, manglement of the meaning of the separation of church and state, and the chilling of the freedom of speech,

In honor of the Supreme Court of the United States 70 year tradition of ducking the Second Amendment and thereby allowing it to evaporate,

In honor of sidestepping the third amendment by invading our homes with electronic proxies for agents of the state, instead of soldiers, (coming Real Soon!)

In honor of the devastation the War on (some) Drugs, The War on Most Terrorists, and The On Again Off Again War on Guns has done to the 4th Amendment,

In honor of the rape of the Fifth amendment by multiply prosecuting the same offense under different jurisdictions, and by the degenerate legal theory that property may be seized and retained without due process because property has no rights,

In honor of the fact that the Sixth amendment apparently doesn't apply to any who suffers the label of "illegal combatant",

In honor of the apparently widespread judicial collusion that seeks the death of the Right of Jury Nullification, protected by the Sixth & Eight Amendments,

And in honor of the general complete disregard for the Ninth and Tenth Amendments,

In honor of the Bull???? Perpetual State of Emergency (Since The 30's!) From Which Extraordinary Powers Magically Spring,

In honor of the overall decay of the immunities protected by the Bill of Rights, and all the offenses and outrages too numerous to mention,

And in honor of all the victims of the same, who have lost their Lives, Liberty, Property and Chance at Happiness at the hands of the callous,

It's Time To Festoon America with the Bill of Rights, to remind us all of what we've got, what we've lost, and what's at stake.

I want each and every one of you to grab a copy of the Bill of Rights from here, the official website of the National Archives.

Main Bill of Rights Page

Select whichever version you feel is best, given your native printing and bandwidth capabilities.

THEN I want you to print out tons of copies, and do some or all of the following with them:

Highlight your favorite amendments. Perhaps attach some news clipping showing how they've been shredded.

Stuff Them In An Envelope, and mail them to all your elected representatives. Click Here To Find Your Guys.

Find your local (den of thieves) party headquarters. Both the Republicans, and the Democrats. Now is NOT the time time to play favorites, neither are innocent. Tape a copy to the door. Better yet, tape a few, even if someone's already been there. If you have a flair for the dramatic, nail them there.

Plaster billboards EVERYWHERE with them. Banks, churches, malls, grocery stores, car parking lots, airports. EVERYWHERE. FESTOON AMERICA.

Make Noise. Be Rude. Be a Real American.

Dedicate one or two hours a week to freedom. Keep a stack of the Bill of Rights handy, and NARA's web address handy at all times. Give stacks out to people to plaster around.

And I want to you to keep it up until it catches on. If you haven't heard about it on CNN, WE'RE NOT FINISHED.

11. Stick it to 'em
Another idea...

Take individual Amendments (pick your fave!) and print em out on standard avery labels. make whole sheets of our rights. Stick 'em anywhere! Make people think!

12. To make them* fit on one sheet I removed the space
between the title of each amendment. I then changed the font to 10, Arial MT Condensed Light. I did the title in a 12 bold, and the Title at the top I did in it Bold, 20.

I changed the wording of the title.

The Bill Of Rights: Gone But Not Forgotten.
