Every resident of Washington State who cares about politics - about their future - should have a copy of the Seattle Weekly classic, "Who REALLY Runs Seattle." For Seattle is Washington State's de facto capital. The article could have well been titled, "Who REALLY Runs Washington."
A new installment of sorts appears in the December issue of Seattle magazine. Titled "City Shapers," it's a photographic tribute to some of these same scum. The article is written by corporate historian Walt Crowley. "Coporate historian"? Check out his website at
http://www.historylink.org. The late pedophile Judge Gary Little is mentioned just once in passing - with no mention of his crimes, suicide or possible relations with Bill Gates - even though he was one of the most powerful individuals in Seattle. Crowley repeats the Seattle Times propaganda line regarding the late retired general turned Seattle Schools Superintendent and prospective U.S. Secretary of Education John Stanford.
In Seattle magazine, Crowley introduces these corporate pimps with abundant praise that gives way to group portraits shot in the Spanish Ballroom at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. The photos of these mostly aged sickos sitting in this ornate room somehow reminds me of a scene from a Stephen King novel.
On pages 66-67, there's a two page spread that includes Kenny Alhadeff - a real mover and shaker - corporate attorney John Ellis (I forget if all Washingtonians are paying for his world-class sports stadium or just Seattleites), David Towne (director of the recently privatized Woodland Park Zoo) and Ruby Chow. (I'm working on an article about the late martial arts star Bruce Lee, and was disappointed to learn that he worked at Ruby Chow's restaurant in exchange for boarding. However, I've uncovered evidence that he hated her guts!) Paul Dorpat and Roberto Maestas look familiar to me, though I'm not familiar with their backgrounds offhand.
The two-page spread on pages 70-71 includes former Mayor Paul Schell (unwitting symbol of the World Trade Organization), Reverend Samuel McKinney (chief of Seattle's "Black Mafia") and David Brewster, one of Washington State's biggest media whores (and a MAJOR fan of that rascally Gary Little before the latter committed suicide).
Crowley even crows about the fabulous eateries these thugs created and oversee, though many Seattleites can't afford to eat there because they're being screwed by the Seattle Mafia.
These are the faces of evil. They reprsent the same Big Business conglomerate that plunged America into the Spanish American War, the Chilean coup, Vietnam and Gulf War II. Grab a copy of this magazine and save the pictures for future reference. Buy a second copy and spit on the pictures.
