Let’s start with Dick Morris’ slithering appearance on the O’Reilly Factor. Morris was sent there to stir up the rubes. His misstatements started immediately:

MORRIS: She went to Iraq, she went to Afghanistan—she went right into the middle of a combat zone and exercised the right of free speech she should have exercised state side while she was in the combat zone. She told the American soldiers…that most Americans don’t agree with what they’re doing; that there’s strong debate over the Bush Administration; that success is not assured; that there aren’t enough troops to do the job. And you don’t say this to the men and women that the next day are going to have to go out and risk their lives.

One hour later, it was Hannity’s turn. The doctor was IN—William Bennett:

HANNITY: Dr. Bennett, good to see you. Thank you. Hillary also said that the outcome of this is not certain. She said that to the troops when she was there…I find that very—highly inappropriate. Do you know?

having Fox and Friends let that douche Mancow rant for a couple minutes spewing forth hate and lies. but they didn't say it, so they remain "balanced".

Let's start with the obvious. FAUX exists only to energize the conservative base and nothing stirs them up more than Hillary. The question is why this attention now? btw I caught just a brief snip from Wolf Blitzer and his "roundtable" yesterday and, yet again, they were raising the spectre of Hillary as a presidential candidate.

My point is that the conservative side of the ledger seems to think the base needs some stirring up. Are they getting worried about the 2004 election?

Remember, the WhittleAss is out grabbing as much money as he can and there are lots of Congressional and Senate races that will need cash, too. Not to mention all those think tanks and GOOP subsidized publications, radio shows and web sites. How else to raise funds? Hillary!

Yep, the GOOP brass are scared since they face *'s daddy's history of taking an election for granted and mis-reading the middle that turned very quickly on Poppy. The 40% GOOP base is solid...they'll drink lead for this imposter, but that doesn't mean they're writing checks or will be at the polls next year with bells on their toes.

The GOOP's SOP is always to create a boogie man/woman...from "liberals" to "commies" to Hillary and Dean...they need a label and face to demonize and crystalize the hate that is the only bond that unites this corrupt party.

I listen to this guy to understand how someone can help to make My Country something that I thought I would never see. I realize that this guy has no higher level education , is not a captain of industry,and does not understand the concept of " A Country of laws" but I am amazed he has a following.

but besides being aware that dick morris is a belly crawler, he really looks the part; I would expect vipers and roaches to be crawling out of his twisted mouth. I couldn't stand him if he was the Dalai Lama's best friend and was backing Howard Dean.
