Poll question: When will Rush be charged or arrested?
I think they'll make him surrender himself to the local courthouse next wednesday. I think tomorrow is too early to get inditements but saturday's a possibilty because they don't want to embaress the vulgar junkie.

4. I never thought I'd say this but....
Yes it would warm my heart and reassure my belief in God that Pigman would be in bonds worrying about taking it up the butt:7

8. No way
Even IF he gets convicted - and that's one colossal if - he'll be going to Paradise, Nevada, to the federal country club where the "cells" have carpeting, TVs, and room service.

17. Can't he practice Irony as well?
I didn't mention them in the same sentence so I don't know what the big deal is? Pigman say's his talent is on loan from God so it would be funny to see God set the record straight as well?

6. IF they get an indictment - and thats a huge IF.....
I still say he won't do a single day in jail. He's a rich white male conservative who hate smears liberals on the radio. Remember he's a "national treasure" (according to pResident Dorkus).

10. Conviction is crucial
He must be convicted for it to do any good as I fear that will be the only way conservatives will open their eyes and realize good guys (according to them) go to prison too for ridiculous drug charges. Liberals also need to realize that we must get tough on drug laws and go for harsh punishments to prove the point how ludicrous the war on drugs is.

Tough on Drugs laws to prove how stupid it is?!? I'll think they'll figure that out when they hear from his brother that Rush is in the penn enjoying the players ball prison shower bash:D

14. War on Drugs
It is Ludacrious...the War on Drugs.
The facts are that people should not be imprisoned for their poor judgement on how they treat their body.
The facts are, if they dont take care of their body then they'll prematurely die.
Your neighbor don't care if you die from drugs but just dont do them alive or you are going straight to jail and don't you dare pass "GO".
Either way we the taxpayers are keeping them up, regardless whether they are imprisoned or a drug addict living off the goverment.
Do people realize everytime we create another branch of the government that we are promoting growth of the government?
Which is obviously something we need to back off of otherwise the "Plan" will take place and training for that will be too overwhelming for many people.
I feel a little more time would be very helpful.

I think you may be right. It is in Florida, right? Bozo Jeb will get him out of it. If that happens, and he does slip away, we then realize there is absolutely no justice alive in this country. Now if it happened to be in New York, Eliot Spitzer would take care of him. I think they need a change of jurisiction to NY.

19. Never. Reason:
1. He does have some really serious connections.

2. He does have some really serious money, so his legal team will be the best.

Add those to together and he walks - and I don't mean the perp walk either.

OK, he may face and indictment, maybe a trial, but that's it.

21. Craig Silverman former Ass't Dist Atty here in Denver...
was just on Tweety's program. He said that "his (Rush's) talent may be on loan from god but he bought his drugs from people. This happens all the time." Just thought to share the quote because it made me smile. Rush is so desperate to make himself the victim. Sounds like he learned nothing from treatment - if he even was in treatment.

22. He wasn't in treatment long enough
For opiate addictions like Pigman's the minnimum time in treatment is 3 months. Most commonly it is 6 months in Rehab and strict monituring at home.

Do you think they really will let their #1 ass get put in jail? They can commit crime after crime and it is o.k. But that is the way Nazis work.

26. Never
Limpblob is too rich, too prominent, and too Republican to ever be charged with a crime. And if he ever were to be charged, Jebbie and the right-wing Florida legislature would probably go into emergency session and pass the Rush Protection Act or something similar.

28. There's a thing called a "pre-indictment plea".
This is what's going to happen to Rush. He will get to negotitate what he goes down on. I've done it many times in my cases. When you know the hammer is going to fall you negotiate with the prosecutor to plead to a certain offense, BEFORE, they indict you on something bigger. Mark my words. He will plead to some smaller offense before they indict him with something worse. The fat fuck.
