Was a counter-terrorist simulation/wargame/exercise planned for 9/11?

From the start, the Bush Administration has insisted that anything like the 'planes-as-weapons' scenario of 9-11 was 'unthinkable' before 9-11.

That's a Huge Lie.

On Sept. 11, 2001 they had a brand new counter-terror emergency response plan in place at the Pentagon for exactly that scenario, and had a counter-terror 'wargame' set to begin on exactly that scenario that very morning in the nation's capitol.

This brief sets forth the growing reasons to believe that the date for the attack was not 'chosen' by the hijackers at all, but that one of them learned that a counter-terror wargame/exercise simulating a scenario like the one that actually took place on 9-11 was planned for that morning, and then 'piggybacked' the "real thing" on top of it.

that part doesn't make sense... before he went into the classroom he knew an ACTUAL plane went into a tower! no longer a 'game'

White House was already in a no-fly zone I am sure as some one landed a small plane near WH.For years they also had the planes sitting around ready to fly but I have never really heard why they did not take the liners down. Where were they?Look into the no-fly zones. I do think Bush even had that over his home and father had the same thing. My God when Father came in the SS had a fit with the lobster men off his home in Kennebunkport and I think they stopped them from putting out their pots. Was a big todo around here on it.
