I don't think it will do what Clinton on "The Arsenio Hall show" did. But it may help him make the 1% mark in NH.

1. I don't think it's showing in NH or Iowa
due to the equal time provision.

2. Can't hurt
unless he's totally lacking a sense of humor. But I think not. I'll be watching, definitely.

5. I will watch ...
Al has gone through some positive changes over the years. He may be too radical yet to be voted in but I'd like to see him get some sort of appointment in the Dem cabinet. I think he's so funny and TRULEY right-on with his "in your face with opinions". Can't be a wimp in this world anymore.

In the long run (hopefully shorter run) I REALLY would like to see an African American or a female or a Native American rise to the Office Of President someday SOON.

GO DEMOCRACY!!

6. word is that Paris Hilton (of sex tape fame) will make a guest appearance
I don't know how the weather in NY (it's still snowing here) might affect that.

12. His candidacy isn't to help him, it's to help US!
Being that "Black" issues are marginalized and seen as marginal to the average caucasian, most probably aren't aware that Sharpton doesn't expect to get the nomination. He does expect, and most others are hopeful, the Democrats will recognize the utmost importance of the issues he champions. Those issues generally concern people of color, the poor, the working-poor and the working classes.

During all election cycles, it is those groups who are courted and promptly forgotten after the elction is over. In spite of assurances to the contrary, that's the predictible ending. The purpose of his candidacy is to show the depth of the problem.
