Kubby's denied refugee status in Canada

I could not express how big a story this could be as it reaches a conclusion. Steve Kubby was a Libertarian candidate for governor in California and ran/owned a successful magazine concerning snow skiig at one time. His roommate at one time was Cheech Marin in college which is something a fiction writer could not fit into his story.

This is a fact that you should put in your head because it is undisputable. He is wanted in California to serve a 120 day sentence for mushroom possession. If he is put in prison, he will die from adrenal cancer that is only controllable with cannabis. He had a mountain of paperwork detailing his condition that made him one of only a handful of hundreds of people that could get approval to grow marijuana in Canada.

He is going to appeal the decision. It is a big story in the making and is very worth following. Of course, when you understand the implications of his ordeal, it will raise the issue of why the media can still be called a free press when they blackout such a telling story of our government.

It is an ongoing story that you may want to follow. It would be very educational in seeing the reality of the WOD, or as I call it, The War of Insanity.

the claim that he would die in jail without access to marijuana is absurd. Read the article:

...while accepting that marijuana has undoubtedly relieved his long-standing cancer condition, Ms. Dauns found there was no evidence that Mr. Kubby would die if incarcerated.

There's no evidence for such a thing because marijuana doesn't "control" cancer, and no one claims that it does. It's only used by cancer patients to relieve pain and stimulate appeitite. He's not going to die without it, that's utter BS.

He was arrested in Canada and imprisoned once. He lost a lot of weight and about died then. The fact that the Canadians did not want him to die in their jail is probably what got him out so fast.
