7. Way to go General
Clark's answer about the loose nukes was most excellent for the simple fact that I bet there were people not aware about the thousands of nukes held by Russia. I think 20,000 is what the General said. I bet he scared the sheet out of some of them. It's the cold war all over again.

2. He is great
The only place they deign (Clark word of the day) to ask him about domestic issues is in the spin room, not the debate.

4. Oh yeah, I forgot...
Polls, money, and endorsements are more important. That, after all, is what primaries are all about. Riyeeet...

5. I'm have warmed to Clark recently
First off I'm a big Kucinich supporter and I thought DK had the biggest impact tonight (sorry I'm hyped still). That said I think Clark has improved dramatically in these last couple debates. I was pretty anti-Clark when he first got in, but now that he has solidified on some of his more hazy issues I have warmed up to him greatly. I thought he handled those reporters really well and spoke well about the Iraqi families that have been harmed by the war.

9. Kucinich Rocks
I was so proud of Dennis when he shot down Koppel. He was a definate highlight of the debate. And to know the General is to love him.

8. My notes from the "Spin Room" thread....Clark
Clark up talking about PAIN..pain of people with kids in Iraq, pain

of those home suffering. Told story about a young boy whose mother had an environmentally caused cancer....

Talking about the environment again..."no more phony numbers" on the environment. He's saying Bush is headed toward the "red light" on the environment, government is run by polluters....

Electorate shaped by electorate as a whole, temper of the times...Rove has said Bush is going to run as the "national security" President...

We have to knock Bush off the pedestal off being a patriot...he's not.
I can go head to head and toe to toe on nat'l security...and then help us win on the values we have.

Talking about his TURNAROUND PLANS on health care, energy, environment, fiscal responsiblity...I used to teach economics and was in the OMB..so I've go a good backgrounnd on domestic issues, plus I worked with soldiers

Telling stories about a day school...husband injured in Iraq..on medical "hold" in Camp Drum...his son grabbed my hand and wouldn't let go...he somehow knew I was connect to him and his family.

New America and "Old Europe"--one of first trips will be to Europe and renew relationships...

Discussion on process, endorsements....would much rather talk about issues.

10. The great thing about it is he lived the life and has every right to wave
he can back it up with a history of honor and service to country. I believe hes the only guy on both sides who can actually wave that flag and not look like some rum dum trying to win votes.

13. Clark is the man
Any of the nine folks up there tonight would be SO much better than *, but I really believe Clark would make the best president. He also has the best chance of beating * in my opinion.
