This endorsement thing is a huge distraction
Just watching the debate replay. What a waste... Gore just threw a big pile of crap into play. Can't wait until it dies down.

OH THANK YOU DENNIS. Just heard him take Koppel to task for asking such a trivial question

2. True...
but let's not forget to watch what's going on at the WH while everyone's engrossed in the endorsements/nominations because you know how they love to shove it down our faces when a diversion is in full effect. Keep your eyes/ears open.

3. Are all endorsements "crap", or just this one?
Al Gore is one man. He endorsed Howard Dean today. While this is big in a political sense, he still only gets one vote and YOU are free to vote whichever way you choose.

Why are so many people so threatened by this?

4. Exactly.
You are right. Yes, it's good for Dean and he should be proud of it. But it doesn't change my opinion and who I'll vote for in the primary.

5. Excellent. I'm suporting Dean, but I hope everybody votes for the
candidate that speaks to their issues in the primary. If Clark does it for you, great! The most important thing is to remain an active part of the process. I think a lot of people are getting way too wrapped up in intra-party politics and losing sight of what really matters.
