If the abortion ban Bush signed into law is upheld.....

will the Dem nominee for pres be able to overturn it if he become pres?

Is there a realistic chance of that happening?

1. I doubt it would be upheld

however, if it is upheld, then there would have to be another cycle in Congress to repeal the law.
