We don't need a radio station or outlet for liberals...we just need to
be more effective in infiltrating the conservative talk shows. They have the listeners that we want to educate. We need to build some skills on how to get on these shows and how to get our points across before they cut us off! Who is going to listen to a liberal talk show except us? We would be preaching to the choir.

Tell my why I am wrong about this...please!

1. You are wrong...
...and you point out why:

"Who is going to listen to a liberal talk show except us?"

and...

"...be more effective in infiltrating the conservative talk shows"

By definition, the left is listening to the right, yes? You just said so yourself. And why? To, as you say, 'educate them'.

Wouldn't it follow that the right will want to listen to the left and for the same reasons?

Maybe not?

2. We need Liberal radio for the same reason the conservatives need
conservative radio...The reason this country has gone as conservative as it has is because of the media. I like your idea about calling in to their show and getting our point across, that is when and if you can get in.

3. If nothing else we need lib talk radio
to preserve our sanity. I'm tired of have to listen to liberal talk on the internet.

If the others guys want to listen to and learn from progressive talk radio, fine. I occassionally listen to their garbage just to see what they're up to. I've tried calling, but never get through. My opinions are never changed as a result of listening to right wing jibberish, so I doubt we could alter their views - unless they are middle-of-the-roaders.

6. Your opinion never changes because you know and understand the truth
They don't. When they really hear the truth, some of their brain might kick in and lead them to think.

4. Murdoch has NRA re-incorp'ing to radio station for "soft money" bribes
to GOP reason. Seems as a corporation McCain's campaign finance bill stops soft money

but the NRA is planning to re-incorporate as a radio station , you seem to be able to get around the law.

NPR had a nice lawyer on explaining this.
