Dave Chapell: "What ever happened to that recount in Florida?"
He has a "white girl" singing his thoughts (on his show now on Comedy Central) cause if he said them he'd get "it".

So has Dave gone beyond that with his routine?

Is he an anti-Bushie?

PS~ Rhetorical question...

1. Many people are not aware that the Consortium Report said Gore won.
THE CONSORTIUM REPORT / Virtual Voting Booth

The Virtual Voting Booth may not work with Netscape.

4. Why does the virtual voting booth
show Bush winning in some scenarios? It was my understanding that Gore had more votes using any of the 7 counting standards with the addition of the overvotes (NORC report).

6. Bush winning in some scenarios but those are illegal senarios
The pre-Court review requested senarios were all that could be requested under Florida law (just a few counties to be recounted - in open Court Gore suggested statewide but Bush was silent), and in some limited recounts - if overvotes are not counted - Bush wins.

But the Florida Sup Ct and The United States Sup. CT agreed that a total statewide recount, with over and under votes that show clear intent counted, would be the ONLY legal method - and under the multiple ways to do this, Gore Wins them all - Bush wins zero.

7. I believe Bush wins only when "Three Judges" are required and
dimpled chads are accepted. In all other cases, Gore wins when "over votes" and "incorrect votes" were counted and all chad options.

Net: Bush would only have won if dimpled chads were accepted, which the Bush team said should not be accepted.

3. Did you see his standup special on HBO?
The funniest standup I've ever seen. It's called 'Killin 'Em Softly'. He gets fairly political, mostly about the absurdity of it all. If you have HBO comedy, they play it every now and then.

9. you can download the mp3 of it
on Kazaalite

All I remember about politics on that special was him making a crack about W using coke -" we can not have that shit in the whitehouse"

but he's clearly left of center, even if he doesn't like to make it obvious all the time. Almost all the rappers on his show are the non-gangster/socially concious type (Talib Kwelli, Roots, Common) and Dead Prez plays during his intros

He was also on an ammirmative action episode of Donahue before he was cancelled. Later, talking about it on Conan O'Brien he said about the conservatives he and another black guy were debating" They might not like us that much, but they hate Mexicans even more!"
