did/does Ralph Nader like Bill Clinton ?
i ask this because even though he was a candidate for president on the green party side when clinton ran, i don't think he campaigned as much against bill clinton as he did against al gore. i wasn't old enough to vote for clinton both times and wasn't paying attention to politics as much then so i could be wrong. but from what i read it seems he only campaigned as hard as he did and was critical of the democratic nominee when al gore ran. i saw nader on cspan recently and he talked about how he tried to contact gore to discuss issues or whatever in 2000 but al gore never responded and seemed to ignore him. i'm thinking ralph nader may have liked bill clinton personally just because of the way he grew up and how he made it up on his own even though he didn't agree with him on all the issues. that he admired him. what do you all think about this ?

i ask because maybe clinton did something that made nader less likely to be so opposed to him.

2. I think Nader was not
impressed with Clinton's Nafta and Gatt plans. Nor did he like the deregulation of the business sector.

4. hmm J17 thats interesting
because I consider Clinton much more moderate than Gore. I dont know why Ralph didnt like Gore. BTW I supported Gore in 2000. Clinton also had Welfare Reform which ticked some people off.

that's why i'm thinking nader may have liked clinton personally.i know many liberals who admire him as a person even though they disagree with him on the issues. paul wellstone was one of them.
