7. CNN is the only channel that's live with this story...
... the latest is that something indeed "big" has happened in Tikrit, and that a group of Saddam loyalists were captured by U.S. forces.

Apparently, there is a man in custody who is believed to be Saddam Hussein. This is what Jamie McIntyre just reported from the Pentagon. The Pentagon is quick to say that the person is undergoing "tests," and that he "may" be Saddam.

There's a video of American Army troops apparently celebrating, after a raid in Tikrit. They were taking pictures, getting a pep talk. That's not something that has happened before. "Something very big indeed has happened in these last 24 hours, here in Saddam's hometown."

"High level of caution. This is speculation."
