I'm glad he's been caught. I'm happy for the U.S. military and I'm happy for the Iraqis. I don't think this is going to end the problems in Iraq, or in the U.S. with the Bush administration, by any means. But I hope it brings us all one step closer to peace.

Edit: How embarrassing, a misspelling in the title.

1. agree. hopefully it will help

hopefully now they can try to get international forces in to help. no more blame saddam for the problems. confront the real issue of the sense iraqis feel of being occupied by foreign troops who are in it for themselves rather than to help the iraqi people. remember, many iraqi people say things were better with saddam in power.

It gives the U.S. military less of a compelling reason to continue the occupation of Iraq. Good for both sides.

The problem is that the larger issues of the Busheviks lying to get us into the war, the massive fraud and theft going on over there as the Busheviks loot both the Iraqis and the Imperial Subjects of Amerika.

The problem that the international scene is going back to the 1890s and everyone knows it...especially the Russians who are swiftly reverting to authoritarianism after seeing us start first in 2000.

Etc. Etc. Etc.

But I'm glad Saddam is captured, no doubt.
