Will Saddam finally get his Duel with Bush, in Court?
This could be a disaster for Bush.

If Saddam stands trial, it could turn out that he could make a case that anything that Bush did was equal or worse than what he did. He could expose his own arming with WMDs by the US.

Look at it this way. He could literally justify anything he did by claiming he was defending himself from WMDs... Why not, Bush did, didn't he?

If Saddam is as bad as they say, should he not be turned over to the World Court?
