CNN Reporting that this was a Tip from an Iraqi. Not good analysts.

Turned in by a tipster. The military took three hours to respond and found him in the vicinity.

I was under the impression that this was "great intelligence". No. It was just a brave Iraqi who probably wanted the reward.

The spin at CNN is "great intelligence": but how great is the intelligence in this case if it was just somebody dropping a dime.

It is like the Malvo case. Somebody saw their license plate. GREAT police work.

Happy they got him, but the spin for the Bush guys is bullshit.
