1. Nope....earlier....
this is for this year and into next.
Then they can talk about how they were "right" and the others
were wrong, etc., etc.

I expect OBL to be caught by October of 2004...

We would have found them by now. It would have justified (in his mind) Bush's rational for going into this war. You can bet they've been scowering the countryside for them.

Look we can find one man hiding somewhere in an entire country but we can't find a stock pile of wmds? I think it's reasonable to assume that they aren't there.
