Poll prediction....
Bush goes thru the roof this week, and with Wes Clark Testifying against Milosevic at the Hague, he surpasses Dean nationally. Dean will start now to fight for his political life in Iowa.

2. When does Clark testify at the Hague?
BTW, it will be interesting to see how high Bush's ratings go.

I don't get it
why would Clark benefit from this. I would say that dems all suffer and Bush does better.

5. 60%-65%
I figure it last about a month, through the holidays, unless something bad happens to sink the numbers faster.

That seems to be the way things work in this administration. As soon as the numbers hit 50%, something "happens", either by extraordianry luck (today) or the manufacture of events. The numbers dribble down again and the cycle repeats itself again.

7. depends
i think it'll last longer... Bush will use the state of the union to amplify it - and though the SoU speech wont get him any votes, having such a positive development to point to will certainly help him from getting the negative.

Barring a major negative event in Iraq, this positive bubble will last through the early primary states.
