Saddam's captured, game over? Not quite
Here are some things we still have to fight in the election year:

1. Bush's war was *still* illegal. It wasn't about capturing Saddam. Think the attacks on soldiers will stop? We'll see

2. Patriot Act. Need I say more?

3. The stream of high paying jobs out of the country is not going to stop. Formerly high paid IT workers who are now doing customer service for Verizon Wireless at one quarter of their former salary are still disgruntled and unhappy.

4. The war on Seniors, children and the poor will continue under the Bush regime. Medicare this year, Social Security next?

5. Like Magic Rat, people will soon realize that the capture of Saddam did nothing for them personally. Their unemployment bennies won't get reinstated now. They still have outrageous natural gas bills to pay this winter on their McJob wages. Sorry for those who choose to think otherwise, but we are a WIIFM society.

The only thing that surprises me about this is that Saddam didn't get captured in October 2004. We still have no business being in Iraq.

3. It still will come down to the economy
We can all here the sucking sound of jobs being shipped over seas.

Wally world the largest retailer in the world has decided to take the battle to the benifits american families need.

Lets take it to "Has the quality of life improved under him" There I think you will find a lot of folk who do not agree with his policies

5. I wish I could agree with you but....
It's 2003... This is America...

Average americans don't resarch their news... they get it in sound bytes...

Facts don't matter... spin and image do...

You can get a heck of a lot of spin out of this... It's much easier to justify 400+ American deaths with Saddam Captured... it's much easier to justify 87 Billion spent....

Election over?? Probably...11 months of Saddam trial coverage.. you think OJ and Michael Jackson was bad, you haven't seen anything yet...

I hate it as much as you do.. maybe more... but that's the way it is...

6. But people won't see the Saddam trials
once they shut their cable off to do more important things, like buy food...That $50 you spend on cable can buy an awful lot of Mac n Cheese...
