How awkward to have captured him alive.

The places for trial: U.S., Iran, Kuwait, Iraq, Hague

Crimes charged: crimes against humanity, aggressive war

I suspect that a trial in Iraq or Kuwait awaits him. This way he won't be able to mouth off about the complicity of Rumsfeld and other Junta members in his crimes from the 80s and early 90s. The Iranians would probably keep him alive just long enough to make him spill all the beans. Iraqis who are complicit will want him dead asap. Kuwait still owes BFEE big time and will off him at the earliest opportunity. He's likely to get a full blown trial in the US after a hearing proving no 9/11 connection. Hague won't even execute him and give him full blabber possibilities. Since we run Iraq, then that will be the locale, with a slight possibility of Kuwait.

1. Who would believe a word from that POS?
If anyone was concerned about him talking then Saddam would be dead. It would have been too easy.

Anyone who believes anything this shithead says is smoking crack.

6. Anything?
Suppose he describes the location for WMD and they are there? Or a cache of documents and they are there? Yeah, it will take a lot of sorting out, but it can be done. That's what historians do.

8. Umm, I would love to hear what he knows and would believe alot
but then again I'm silly and I dont buy the good vs evil theory of world leaders. Hes not skelator, hes a military dictator, he should be believed as much as we believe any world figure.

2. Good call
'Trial' only in Iraq, with a 'jury' of hand-picked stooges. He will not be allowed any public statements, he will be sentenced to death, and the sentence will be carried out shortly before the election next year.

4. The just set up an Iraqi War Crimes Tribunal
last week.

However, I really don't think Bu$hCo wanted Saddam alive but they will certainly try to make the best of it.

7. My guess
is a rigged trial in Iraq where nothing is revealed at all, he is promptly convicted, and then he will be paraded around during the election.

9. He will be executed live via satellite during the 2004 RNC
Bush* will have the honor of getting to flip the switch.
