Poll question: Does capture of Saddam justify the US invading Iraq?

Bush is crowing about it and so are the pundits. It is obviously a great PR victory.

But does capturing Saddam Hussein justify the US entering Iraq and conducting war?

this is another publicity stunt...his numbers will spike (again) and he might use this to attack an anti irag war candidate like dean of kucinich

If this is the case...it may just backfire

especially if the press found out we knew hussien's wearabouts, or had him in custody already and shrub was waiting for the right moment

"Mission Accomplished" yep, we got Saddam, but will our troops be coming home soon? probably not. Will it mean the guerella war is over? unfortunately, no. Expectations will rise and then fall again.
