...just like his 30 year rule in Iraq had little impact on the lives of most Americans.

Saddam being captured is not going bring health insurance to the 43 million who don't have it.
Saddam being captured is not going to delay or forgive the forclosures many Americans are facing.
Saddam being captured is not going to have any impact on al Qaida since there were no ties to begin with.
Saddam being captured is not going to cause high tech firms and manufactures who have outsourced their jobs to third world labor to bring those jobs back to America.
Saddam being captured is not going to cure those with chronic illness.
Saddam being captured is not going give homes to the millions of homeless Americans.
Saddam being captured is not going to fill one hungry belly in the heart of America that is going to bed without food this night.
Saddam being captured is not going to pay off the massive debt we have incurred in attacking Iraq.

Hell, Saddam being captured is not necessarily going to bring our troops home any faster.


In the overall scheme of things, the capture of a 77 year old man who was ousted from power in March of this year is going to have negligable impact on the lives on anyone in this part of the world.

We will get more members out of this so we get more people involved in the election.

And if it brings more freeper types the mods will delete their posts. Win/win for us
