Ann Richards! Wouldn't it be great to see her be part of a team to oust W and Rove?

Any other folks - in the VP slot - that would dish a bit of poetic justice?

maybe we bring back another Texan to defeat the bush from the chickenranch... how about Lloyd Benson (sp?) would he be up for another VP run?

Also, I'm not sure if anyone here in Texas even remembers who he is. :-(

Last time he was elected here must have been back in 1988 or something.

EDIT: Sorry, got out of the 'fun' mood there for a second, remembering the plight of Democrats in Texas these days.

He's actually not a totally unrealistic possibility, though definitely a longshot.

9. would have the added benefit - of showing the whole country
the cravenous ways that these wingnuts will slander true war heros... but then again - I guess we ALL got an object lesson in that in the bushie smears against POW Sen. McCain.
