To Bev Harris: A Diebold challenge- would they accept?
Edited on Mon Jul-28-03 06:04 PM by TruthIsAll
Challenge Diebold to a test. Install one voting machine, the same used in the 2002 elections, in a ageed-upon location. Run a simulation. Have the "voters" record their choices on a paper ballot. We need only two candidates "A" and "B". Let's keep it simple.

During or after the votes are entered, have one of OUR people (maybe one of the Johns Hopkins scientists) attack the machine at the local voting site or over the Net. Then compare the paper ballots to the machine produced results.

This would be a real, live demonstration to show how one could switch or nullify votes.

1. Not a good idea
Just isn't. A couple rules in this dispute:

1. Don't make work for ourselves
2. Don't make a challenge you aren't afraid to lose
