Is there anyone left on OUR side ?

Just heard on Meet the press that Caroline Kennedy is going to appear on Meet The Press next week along with Pickles. When are people on our side going to quit lending their credibility to the traitors on the other team ? Who exactly is really on Our side ? What could persuade Caroline to appear with Pickles ?

of killing people in cars here is Pickles who has killed a person in a car.

But somehow this does not seem likely.

I wouldn't think of this as a defection until you find the answers to those questions...

so it sure sounds like they will be appearing together to discuss all the great things americans share like freedom, democracy, plenty of food, clothing, shelter, healthcare & the illusion that their votes are registered correctly.

Sorry for the negativity here, but the time seems to be growing very short for compromise, appeasement and false comradery. It is sickening to see people that should know better, exchanging pleasantries with an opposition that is actively doing everything it can to make sure that the facade is not going to be required much longer.

The old " lead, follow or get out of the way" needs to be amended to include the disclaimer that if you are passing up a chance on the national stage to draw attention to the crimes being perpetrated on the public by the current administration ,
YOU are freaking " IN THE WAY "

Don't go looking for friends among the corporate media unless you are very patient and don't mind long bouts of depression. We're living in a bipolar society (in maybe several ways), and the movers and shakers are not on the side of the great unwashed like you 'n' me.

Similarly, our enemies are so good at what they do that they've convinced some of us that we're not even friends.

Not much of anything helpful is ever going to come of televised new forums.
Occaisonally something will, but I would screen out 90% of what comes out of the media, and sadly that often includes NPR. I have gotten to where I have become very selective in what I lend creedence to.

No one person is going to be a standard bearer - we all share that responsibility.

With your line of reasoning, Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg should never appear with her uncle Ted Kennedy either since he killed Mary Jo Kopechne in a car back in the summer of '69.

In all fairness to the Senator, he was intoxicated at the time and was quite unable to pull that poor girl out of the water.

I personally would like to see that Pickles get pickled, but that's certainly not going to happen on commercial TV-bought and paid for by THE REPUBLICANS.

What "side" is anybody on? Hell, there are sides within the left...much less across the whole spectrum.

As far as sides go, despite any evidence to the contrary there are only two sides & that is being optimistic. Again if anyone thinks there are more than two sides then they might best fit under the heading " In the way ".
After the Black Box voting issue, which may already have made this whole effort pointless, the only issue is to
get anyone else in the whitehouse besides the current pawn.
