He also said that the cash Saddam had with him could be traced,maybe to the French. The other point Ollie made which was laughable was that Saddam may not know himself where the WMD are hidden.
But back to my first point, there is something about that cash that carries with it the potential to embarrass * if it becomes known. Faux is the first source for spin, so why spin that the French gave Saddam the new dollars? Maybe since the money was new that makes it impossible for it to be part of a preinvasion stash, so the US has to account for it somehow? I think there is more to it than that though.
This must have something to do with the Kurds and the real capture, right?
