Terry McAuliffe mystery solved?
I read here a few days ago that Terry McAuliffe would be resigning in February. This has been driving me crazy because i could not make any sense out of it.

So I have been looking into it, and I think I found the problem and answer. And as a public service, I am posting it here. (hopefully not a dupe).

This is the quote from Fox news that apparently started the rumor;

MCAULIFFE: I have no intentions of running for this job again. I have five little children at home. I don't take any pay for this job and I'm gone six days a week. I will serve until the February '05 meeting. I've served my four years. Twenty-five years of service to this party. I've loved it, but it's time for someone else to come in.

Apparently, listening on TV, it sounded like he was leaving Feb 5th.
