Condi does not want to testify
under oath or in public before the 9/11 commission. Hearings are to start in January. Why would it matter to anyone in this administration whether they were under oath or not? Probably the worst/saddest chapter in American Presidential History continues to be written.

3. The care not for the Law
They flaunt their disregard and arrogance. Perjury by a member of this administration would be SOP. A lie is a lie to a christian conservative moral abolutist. One should not have to be placed under oath to ensure the truth is told. I'm just sharing my evil liberal jaundiced perspective.

2. oh oh oh, I already know what her excuse will be:
"national security", completely ignoring the fact, of course, that on her fucking watch, the biggest national security lapse in American history occurred, and the object is to find out what happened so it doesn't happen again. ( i know i know, lihop, mihop)

5. "We had no idea they'd use planes..."
I'm sure she's haunted by these words. They could cost her her job.

6. does she have to testify?
Is she required to testify before the commission if they want her to, or is there some way she can get out of it?

8. Ain't
nobody in this administration wanting to speak under oath. If they were to do that, there is a chance, albeit a slim one, they might be held accountable for their blatant lies.

9. That'd be the only way to get them, I think...lying under oath, obstruc-
tion of justice, etc. That's how they tried to bring Clinton down; and I think the lies of this misadministration, having resulted in hundreds of deaths of our troops, and thousands injured (not to mention civilians and others) are just a hair more serious than lying about a blowjob...
I am amazed that he hasn't been impeached already, him and his whole little cabal of Neocons.
