On KGO...Arnold's plan to release non-violent offenders.....
Interesting discussion on the Gene Burns show about the Governator's plan to do away with parole for, and release thousands of non-violent offenders from California jails. He's had a call from a correctional officer and one from some DEA puke. Good show!

2. Wow! If this is true, I may revise my opinion of the Gropinator!
I have been listening too and can scarcely believe my ears! If Schwarzenegger releases all these prisoners he will be heroic to many Californians but will alienate the hard-core conservatives who paved his way to the Governor's mansion.

I like the guy. He pisses off the Social Conservatives by believing in basic rights bus is also wants to keep spending and taxes in check.

4. he's got my ear now...
as much as I've been bad-mouthing him, before, during and after the election, I must admit, he's on the right track here. Davis should have done it a long time ago, but he was owned by the correctional officers union.
