2003: Claim Vs. Fact - The Whitehouse Accomplishments (must read)
2003: Claim Vs. Fact

The Center for American Progress is a nonpartisan research and educational institute based in Washington, D.C.

On Dec. 13, the White House issued a document entitled "2003: A Year of Accomplishment for the American People." The document made various inaccurate and deceptive claims about the administration's record over the last year. This report by the Center for American Progress seeks to correct those distortions, matching the White House's rhetoric with facts.

Everyone here shares the WH bs on a daily basis. This is a nice link which summarizes the lies and distortions in shrubs "accomplishment speech". I know you're shocked that would happen.

Enjoy.

2. Excellent.
Line by line of his lies and distortions. Why isn't everyone talking about this? The President... lying... wasn't that an impeachable offense just a few years ago?

3. Lies lies lies nothing but lies
Thenames of the "initiatives" alone (Healthy Forests/Clear Skies) reek of focus groups.

As usual W&Co inc. are saying one hting and doing the exact opposite.

6. no shame
the Bush regime will lie and lie, they are shameless. In that, they have the exact same strategy as right-wing dictatorships the world over. The ends justify the means.
