Does anyone maintain a list of companies who offshore?
I was reading this story:

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=569&e=2&u=/nm/tech_jobs_dc

And noticed that it said:
U.S. corporations are picking up the pace in shifting well-paid technology jobs to India, China and other low-cost centers, but they are keeping quiet for fear of a backlash, industry professionals said.

The article also mentions that the companies offshore are starting to try to lower their profile as well. So it does seem like they are afraid of public perception of this trend. If there was a good list of companies that do this, this might slow the trend.

2. Lou Dobbs Moneyline has been chronicling these.
Hitting them pretty hard. You should be able to find good stuff there at the CNN website.
