Need information on the Natural Law Party

How long has it been around. What's their basic planks?

Also, I've always wondered what in the world they mean by this name. Does anyone know the reasoning behind this name?

The first time I heard of the Natural Law party, I honestly thought is was some right-wing, ultra-conservative Catholic thing.

Funny to think about that now... But what was one to think? Historically, "Natural Law" is the centuries-old philosophical framework within which the Catholic Church forms its restrictive teachings on homosexual sex, birth control, abortion, masturbation, etc.
