Bush twins. I don't have a problem with the twins, and I have been consistent in my refusal to trash them. I feel bad for all children of politicians, of both parties, at least until they are over 25. Jenna and Barbara get criticized a lot for drinking when they were under 21, but who am I to judge? I did the same damn thing at the same age, as did most of my friends and relatives.

But Chelsea was even more of an innocent when the Clintons took office than the twins were when Dubya did. She was a kid. The whole Web Hubbell thing they have going over there is cruel. What did Chelsea ever do to any of them to deserve that kind of treatment?

Hmmmmmmm, it seems Chelsea could USE some military "training"!! She is about the right age and she is already finished with college or whatever it was she doing at Oxford( getting drunk and laid by both sexes I heard).

Someone might want to let Lion In Winter know that Chelsea finished her master's at Oxford and immediately started her new job. She works for a consultant firm in NYC that gave her a significant salary ($100K per year,) but there are long work weeks as well. I'm sure that the company in question wouldn't have bothered recruiting her if she spent every evening shining a barstool.

Let's see here:

Chelsea Clinton: Honors student. Graduated from Stanford in 3 1/2 years with good enough grades to get into Oxford's Master's program. Graduated. Got an excellent job.

Barbara Bush: Still at Yale. (?)
Jenna Bush: Still at UT. (?)
We've read about the rest of the stuff that isn't on their academic records.

I thought what those bastards, the lot of them did with Chelsea Clinton was just awful, awful stuff. So I will not make any comments about Shrub*'s kids. Although one thing to ask. According to one of the posters on that awful site. The twins are going to be campaigning for Shrub*. If that is the case, which Shrub* seems trashy enough to do. Doesn't that open them up for public criticism?? At that point, wouldn't it be fair to address their alcohol problems?? Such as, the drunks are supporting the Shrub*, kinda tells you the type of people who support him???...Kevin.

I suspect the twins wish they could've. If they can rise above the legacy their ancestors left them, I'll be seriously impressed.
