I know a couple of ignorant, mouthy, young people who will STFU when I hand them one.

The agreements in this section and attached annex(es) are all the promises made to me by the Government.
ANYTHING ELSE ANYONE HAS PROMISED ME IS NOT VALID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

Which is why so many National Guard personnel have been dragooned (of their own free will, you realize) into active duty of indefinite duration.
