Apparently my school is having a Pro Life Rally...
I just saw the flyer for it. The little thing on it said "Making wombs a safer place to live for human babies."
Well, there you have it...I'm nauseous.

16. "You cawwow, unexpewienced youngstew,
go to youw womb, fow it is safow". Could not resist.

Good grief, do these people live in the real world? Maybe in their own world, birth control is safe and freely available for no cost and absolutely 100% effective, and everyone makes great decisions every day of their life. And every woman is in perfect health, and every baby is equally as perfect.

8. Surely you can get a few snaps of Rumanian orphanages?
You know, where mothers dumped babies in a country that outlawed abortion?

And what was that South American country that shot children as vermin on the steps of a cathedral? I'll bet there are still some good photos online.

Now make a nice sign. Say, ADOPT A RUMANIAN BABY or something nice like that.

11. "making wombs a safer place to
live for human babies" ask them if they believe that women should have the best prenatal care in the world.ask them if if they can`t afford care ,shouldn`t it be free? ask them if they believe providing food and shelter for a woman and her baby provides the womb as safer place for human babies..see what they have to say..ask them if humans have anything else but "human babies"

18. Amen!
I'm adopted, and these antiabortion wingnuts drive me nuts! So very few of them have adopted children of their own, and perishin' few of *those* are willing to adopt the hard cases -- you know, children who are older than newborn, non-white children, children with mental or physical problems, preemies, etc. They all seem to want perfect little blonde, blue-eyed newborn angels. Disgusting.

I rather admire my parents for taking me -- I was 10 months old and physically handicapped. "Adopt or shut up" indeed!

I personally don't want kids, but on the other hand, I think every child should be a wanted child. I'd love to see the Children's Aid and the fostering service and every adoption agency go out of business, because that would mean that nobody had kids they couldn't take care of or didn't really want, or weren't equipped to do right by, or anything.

Maybe you should go to that rally with a couple of boxes of rainbow-coloured condoms and start passing them out. :)

I might make a sign that said, "Don't like abortion? DON'T HAVE ONE!" or maybe "Never sleep with somone who's antiabortion."

17. Well, if they'd put as much effort into the lives of the human born...
You know:

Environmental protection
Corporate regulation for societal balance
Freedom to be one's self
Using irreplaceable resources wisely, encouraging people to conserve

You know, everything that's OPPOSITE of what these repukes do, we wouldn't need abortions.

As if people have abortions just for the fun of it. I know not a single woman who likes to get knocked up and then have an abortion. It's harmful on the woman too.

These "people" are fascists, hypocrites, and other forms of vermin. Nothing more.
